Image having the ability to make custom cropped prints and your package work on the same machine. |
| Well,
now you can, with a Polielettronica Cropping Videolab |
| This
system combines all the power of the world renowned Polielettronica
Cropping Videolab |
Each system is individually tailored to your lab's needs. As your needs change, the combination of cluster and standard lenses can be rearranged to accomodate your customer's demands. |
Using a unique double disc revolving turret design, this system allows you to accomodate a wide array of standard fixed focal length lenses as well as cluster lenses. |
A single, cropped print, or a package of several print cluster and sizes, can be run with very few keystrokes. |
Polielettronica has enhanced the lens travel distance to allow for a wider range of focal length than ever before. |
An example: you can have 6 fixed focal length lenses on the bottom turret, while having 6 clusters on the top turret at the same time. This arrangement gives you the power to full cropping custom prints and a maximum of 6 cluster lens setup. |
A fully dedicated MULTI IMAGE PACKAGE PRINTER can accomodate up to 12 clusters on one system. |
If you need more than 12 clusters, Polielettronica has designed an easy replaceable disk for the top one position. It will take less than one minute to change the cluster configuration of the printer. |
Since the placement of each lens set up is computer controlled, the operator needs only enter a package code into the computer, and let the system take over. |
All movements of paper deck, turret and curtains has been greatly increased, making this the fastest Polielettronica machine available. |
Some unique tecnical features include: |
Auto-rotation negative
mask. |
Back of print Writing System fully functional an each package sequence that has sufficient paper travel (most sizes above wallet). |
After exposure double

| For labs already using the Polielettronica technology, you will notice two new user programmable pages in the Multi Image Videoscan set-up Program. |
| This powerful program offers the following command structure. |
| You can organise the sequence of multiple prints (packages you need). |
| You
may pre-set up to 50 sequence, any one sequence can be composed of
a maximum of 10 different clusters lenses. |
| Repeats of a package, with a maximum quantity of 999, may be pre-set as well. |
| On transport unit memory can be stored up to 36 cluster lens data, so to be used together with the 100 transport channels. |
| This allows to realize a very high number of package combinations. |
The operationals path is as follows: |
The first transport channel indicated in the package sequence is selected, then the exposure starts taking into account the lenses selected. |
The paper advances and is automatically cut at the end of the package. |
The following transport channel of the sequence is selected and so on until to the zeroing of the pre-set number of package is completed. |
It is possible to cut the sequence at any single exposure by inserting a command in the programming sequence. |

| The
rotation mask is essential when using mixed vertical and horizontal projections. |
